The project

Framing to finish on a small footprint.

A compact dwelling on concrete piers with a shed roof and a board-and-batten exterior. The photographs run from the frame to the finished building.

Inside, wood-lined walls, a sleeping loft reached by a ladder, a kitchenette with white cabinetry, and live-edge shelving over the counter. Small buildings leave nowhere to hide: every junction is close to the eye.

The same structure, weather protection and finish standard as a main house, on a footprint that has to work hard.
