This home needed extensive work beneath its existing finishes. We gutted it, removed and replaced rotten framing, and repaired deteriorated areas before remodeling the rooms.

The work extended through the kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, baths, office, and storage. Treating the structure as part of the renovation gave those new rooms a sound starting point.
