Built and managed by one contractor.
Garden Island Contractors built and managed this home from start to finish. The photographs follow the house from the exposed frame to the completed exterior, the family room under the glass gable, the living room and the kitchen.
The distinctive roofline is visible at both stages. Its framing established the shape that the subsequent work had to follow. Bringing the structure and finishes together required attention to the whole building as construction progressed.
